Academic Beta Honor Society The Alpha Beta Honor Society is a national organization that recognizes students for their achievement in the areas of academics, leadership, and community service. Both juniors and seniors are invited to apply for membership at a specified time each year. The requirements for membership are an 83 or above college GPA (without honors weight) and satisfactory teacher recommendations. Meetings are held on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 4:00 in room 229 or room 114 (see posted flyers for specific location). All community service must be done for non-profit organizations. Please have outside community service (non Alpha Beta sponsored) pre-approved by Mrs. Warner, room 229. Individual community service forms must be turned in within thirty (30) days of completion of activity. 2007-2008 Officers
