Seniors: FASFA INFORMATION

  • Before beginning the FASFA, you should apply for a U.S. Department of Education personal identification number (PIN) at www.pin.ed.gov. The PIN will allow you to sign your FASFA electronically and to correct your processed FASFA information online. After you receive the PIN assigned to you, we recommend you change it to something easy to remember. Don't share your PIN with anyone! If you are providing parent information on the FASFA, one of your parents must also sign your application. To sign electronically, your parent must apply for his or her own PIN.

  • FAFSA Financial Aid Night will be held on Wednesday, February 28th from 6:30PM till 8:00PM in the CHS Library and the Career Center. Bring your paperwork, your FAFSA PIN and your parents for some professional help with your college financial aid. Seniors, show one parent how to also request a FAFSA PIN before that date. ALL CCISD students and their parents are invited to attend!
